A Bat Mitzvah is the moment when a Jewish girl becomes a woman. In a sense it is an almost literal transition from being a caterpillar to becoming a glorious butterfly. It is cause for great celebration and immense gratitude to Hashem.
The Bat Mitzvah program at Gardens is co-ordinated and led by Rebbetzin Sarah who invites the girls to explore topics such as relationships, belief in Hashem, Mitzvot and the power of women. The studying culminates in a beautiful Bat Mitzvah ceremony in the Shul where the girls describe their learning’s in a meaningful and powerful address accompanied by magical melodies by the Gardens Shul choir.
If you would like to join this incredible program please contact the Shul office on 021 465 1405 and one of our friendly office staff will be glad assist you further. The Rabbi and Rebbetzin will also be happy to assist.
